Our consultancy was built on the premise of providing good quality funding advice and making bids for councils, clubs and organisations at affordable rates. Most of the organisations we work with are busy delivering ‘on the pitch’ but need some help with ‘off the pitch’ matters.

Initial meeting: no charge

£55/hour for writing bids/other policies or reports, along with an estimate of the time it will take.

£55 for meetings whether in person or online.

45p/mile travel costs to and from site/other meetings.

As an example, a recent successful bid for £75,000 took 7 hours

What next?

– we have a meeting to discuss the potential project, and ensure you have key documents in place ( eg: constitution/ governing document, bank account, financial records, etc).

– we agree work to be done and approximate time/cost.

– nearly all funders need to see that you have consulted local people on your project, to evidence ‘the need’ for the project, and we can undertake an online community survey or we can share this task, making it slightly cheaper.

– we will develop a project spreadsheet with timetable to use throughout the project, showing which funder/s will be approached.

– we will submit the bid, with your sign off. There is no guarantee of success, but our record of recent successes can be found under the projects page, along with some testimonials.
