Andy Garlick, Director, Step Up Sports Consultancy Limited

History

I am a former career civil servant and church leader, with a proven track-record in two main areas:

leading and managing change and projects;
and using consultancy skills to deliver key projects.



Experience

I am a Football Association Level 2 Coach, a Director of Battle Town FC (Community Interest Company), and a Trustee of The Pelham (a local community and social action charity).

I have been heavily involved in pitch improvement and ongoing monitoring systems that improve the quality of grass pitches. I have also been successful in obtaining funding from the Football Foundation.

I have been involved for the past year in plans for a new changing Pavilion, which is now at tender stage.

My current project focus is on a floodlit 3G.
