Fees and Charges

Our experience shows that while we expect to build in our fees to the various bids as project development/management costs, saving your organisation the need to pay costs, there are usually a number of underpinning documents that need to be in place such as business plan, sports development plan, physical activity plan, as well as potential needs assessment to show the local need for the project. Without these the project is unlikely to succeed. The fee structure below therefore takes account of this element of the project. We can charge an hourly rate within an overall fixed number of hours per document, based on past experience.

  • 1-2 hour meeting to discuss your needs.
  • Provision of short report scoping your project, outlining available funding and timescales.

Fees for:

 

  • Bid submissions.
  • Planning (excluding planning fees).
  • Tender and procurement process management.
  • Project development/management.
  • Cost: will be submitted as part of the bid and funded externally.
  • (usually 3-5% of the total project cost).
  • Business Plan.
  • Sport Specific Plans/Physical Activity Plan.
  • Cost: £25/hour(community rate)/£50 (commercial rate)to agreed total of hours per document.

Cost: £25 per meeting (community rate) and £50/hour (commercial rate).

40p per mile or cost of second class public transport.
